For an annual payment scheme or monthly payment scheme, all labour and repair parts (excluding printheads) are covered for one full year - ( subject to terms and conditions within specific contracts ). This option eliminates the need for time spent obtaining approvals and purchase orders when equipment failures occur, while allowing for annual maintenance and repair cost budgeting.

Whether you choose the One-Day, Three-Day or Five-Day Program, you can be sure of the repair time. Choose the One-Day Program and the equipment will be repaired and returned to you the next business day.

Preventive Maintenance
Back to SQUARE ONE re-vamp - Equipment will be completely refurbished, tested and re-calibrated by a factory authorised service technician, to a standard on a par with the day the unit originally left the factory. Turn around time on SQUARE ONE Re-vamps is the same as chosen programs repair time. It's a service option designed to extend the working life of your bar code equipment. We can also provide a loan unit in the unlikely event that a unit cannot be repaired in the specified time. This eliminates any unexpected down time while the repair is being completed.
